Nanotechnology Internship

This remote internship focused on introducing students, such as myself to the basic concepts in Nanotechnology and Lithography. Professors from different fields gave talks about various subjects that involved the study of nanotechnology. The most important theory lectures were lectures on the use of Vacuum and the process of Lithography that I currently use in my Condensed Matter Research Group at the University of California, Davis. We designed our own microchip mask of 7mm by 22 mm by using CAD software.

Main takeaways from this experience:

  • Experience in designing microchips with CAD

  • Introduction to Vacuum Systems
